Great Tasting Air Fried Fish & Spinach Salad Recipes
Fish is a common food for many people as a great source of protein and low in fat. Add this recipe for great tasting flavor and receive its health benefits.
Air Fried Fish
Swai fillets seasoned to taste and place in the Air-Fryer gives your fish a different taste from being baked or grilled.
While still healthy, fish cooked in the Air-Fryer is fried (minus the batter). You will have more of a fried taste but cooked as healthy as if it were baked or grilled.
Season to taste and spray the air fryer with a small amount of Pam. Place fish in the basket and turn on for 15-17 minutes at a temp of 375 degrees. Although it will cook on both sides I check it 10 minutes in and flip it over. Feel free to cook longer for a crisper taste but be careful not to cook it too long because it may begin to dry out.
Fish in the Air-Fryer has turned into my go-to meal along with veggies and/or a salad.
Spinach Salad
Spinach salad is a nice and refreshing salad with a different taste from your traditional salads. Although this salad can be enjoyed anytime of the year, it is especially good in the summer as a nice cool meal to enjoy on a hot summer day. This salad is a great addition to any meal.
Organic Baby Spinach
Strawberries
Cucumber
Almonds
Poppy seed dressing
Depending on the size of the salad you will want to use 2-3 handfuls of spinach.
Approximately 10 strawberries cut into triangle size pieces.
1/3 of a Cucumber cut into triangle size pieces
15-20 almonds (if you have a nutribullet put them in there to chop up)
1 1/2 tablespoons of Poppyseed dressing (I use Marzetti’s)
Stir together with the dressing and sprinkle with the almonds as you stir.
