What is a Boost Bowl? I’m glad you asked!!!

A nutrient-packed meal made with fruit, vegetables, granola, and a variety of other great foods. Healthy supplements such as flaxseed, chia seeds, and the nut butters (almond butter, peanut butter…) are also added to give that extra boost of healthiness.

One of the greatest things about Boost Bowls is that they require no cook time, and you can make them in 10 minutes or less. They can be prepared to your preference, so you are only putting in fruits and vegetables that you enjoy.

If you are in a hurry and don’t have time to eat your bowl at home, put it in a mason jar pop the lid on it and have a Boost Bowl To Go. Try this recipe for your family today!
