Salads can be prepared quickly. Meal prepping for salads is as simple as cutting up the fruit and vegetables you want to add. Hard-boiled eggs and grilled chicken or fish is also an option. There are plenty of creative ways to incorporate a variety of foods with different flavors to keep salads from getting boring.

Eat your veggies!! It’s easy to incorporate a variety of vegetables. A lot of people fail to eat the recommended number of servings of vegetables each day.

You can add a little fruit, as well. Stay light on the cheese, or none at all is best, and use vinegarette dressing, but make sure you exercise portion control.

If you continue eating salads and incorporate more clean food daily, you will see numerous health benefits and the scale will continue to go down. The results you see will make you want to stick with because you will want to see continued progress.
