Even though we make our big resolutions in January, right now is the perfect time great to take another look at our nutrition and fitness goals. September also happens to be National Education Cholesterol Education Month, so don’t forget to see your doctor or health professional to get your cholesterol levels checked.

What you eat plays a big role, so it’s time to make some smart food choices. Eating a balanced diet including whole grains, lean meats, seafood, whole grains, and fruits and vegetables is a big step in the right direction!
