Mandarin Orange Asian Salad

This is a great tasting salad that incorporates a variety of healthy foods.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Cups Spinach
  • 1/4 Cup Carrots
  • 1-2 Handfuls Craisins (dried cranberries)
  • 1 Handful Chow Mein Noodles
  • 6-8 Slices Mandarin Orange
  • Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 1-2 Handfuls Sliced Almonds

Instructions

  1. Rinse Spinach and place in a bowl or on a plate. Add carrots. Sprinkle on Almonds, Craisins, and Chow Mein Noodles. Place Mandarin Orange slices over the top and pour the salad dressing on.
