Grill 1 Chicken Breast and toss around in Buffalo Sauce. Cook 2 slices of bacon and cut into pieces (bacon bits are acceptable as well. Cut into cubes, boil the egg and dice the egg. Dice up tomatoes, rinse Spinach, cut the Avacado into slices. Put the Spinach into a bowl or onto a plate. Add 1/2 of the Bacon, 1/2 of the Tomatoes, Blue Cheese Crumbles, and diced up egg onto the Spinach. Add the Chicken and place the Avacado slices on the top. Sprinkle the rest of the Bacon, Tomato slices and Blue Cheese Crumbles on top and serve.
