
Cut Beet Root into 4 sections. Cut apple into 6-8 pieces. Take 1/2 cup of water and 1-2 handfuls of spinach and blend together. Add in the Apple, Banana, Beet Root, and flaxseed. Mix together and serve. Optional remove skin from the Apple. Optional add 1 scoop of whey protein (flavor of your choice, unflavored is an option as well).
